Design Feasibility
Whether it’s a new kitchen, bathroom, renovation or even a new house, our Feasibility service will show you how to unlock the potential of your space without the pressure having to take the project further with us.
Westgarth Studio will come and discuss your requirements with you in the comfort of your own home. We’ll work through preliminary concepts with you on the spot, taking photographs and measurements and agreeing on a way forward. Within three weeks you will receive sketch concept drawings.
What will I get?
+ Hand drawn concept sketches of the design proposal. We tailor these to your requirements. Some clients prefer to focus on multiple plan options. Sketch elevations or perspectives can also be provided.
+ Advice on material options for your project.
+ An outline of other consultants that may be required for your project, such as a structural engineer, land surveyor etc.
+ Initial advice on planning requirements/restrictions, how long the process may take, and an initial idea of how much your project may cost.
How much will it cost?
+ small renovation from $2250 (ex GST)
+ small extension from $2750 (ex GST)
+ new home, double storey extension, large renovation or staged works from $3000- $4500 (ex GST)
Extras - We also offer 3D computer modelling to bring your concept to life and help you visualise the design.
+ small renovation - from $1000 (ex GST)
+ large renovation or house - from $1800 (ex GST)
+ kitchen, bathroom or laundry design - from $1500
*The above pricing is based on the client providing plans of the existing house. If a measure-up and existing floorplan drawing is required, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us for more information.
*20% of this fee is deductible from ongoing fees should you decide to engage Westgarth Studio for further architectural services.
