Part 1 – $500 (ex GST)
* 3hr max - Additional costs will be incurred for longer sessions or if a written report is required

Part 2 – $125 hourly rate applies

*Should you wish to appoint us to assist you with or to compose your letter back to council, we will provide you with a customised quote to ensure you only pay for what you require.

* This service has been designed to allow you to get an architect’s view as to whether a planning application meets regulations, prior to writing your objection letter to Council.

* Architectural advice provided is based upon a desktop review of the site, planning guidelines & existing information provided by the client to the Architect. Additional specific guidelines, limitations or requirements may also apply to this site.

* Westgarth Studio provides no guarantee or assurance that the planning authority will agree with our assessment. Nor that changes to your neighbour’s application will be instructed by the planning authority in accordance with our advice.
