The quality of the built environment in which we live and work impacts us immensely, both for better and for worse. Helping people create more considered, creative and welcoming spaces in their homes and places of work is immensely rewarding.
We created westgarthstudio with the desire to make great design accessible for all. Working out of a private studio in Northcote, Melbourne, we keep our overheads low to help keep our pricing super competitive. We’re also mobile and visit our clients at their homes and on their terms.
Our services and expertise is wide-ranging. Whether you need planning advice on a neighbouring development, wish to understand the potential of your existing home, retail or office space, have decided to renovate or extend or are looking to build from scratch - we’d love to help.
Kylie Barker | Director
BA ARCH (HONS) | BA APP SCI ENV DES
Kylie is a registered Architect and qualified environmental designer with over 20 years’ experience in the design and delivery of architectural projects. Her extensive project experience includes most sectors, with specialisation in residential, commercial and workplace projects.
Prior to forming westgarthstudio, Kylie worked in various senior roles for a number of award-winning practices in Australia and London.
