We’ll work through your floorplan and let you in on some valuable architect design secrets and how-to’s to help transform your home.
How much will it cost?
Initial Design Review
$500 (ex GST) up to 3 hours
Any subsequent sessions will be charged at an hourly rate of $125 (ex GST)
*The above service is a design only workshop of a client's existing floorplan. All required approvals/permits/certifications/engineering etc. are to be obtained by the client separate to this service.
*20% of this fee is deductible from ongoing fees should you decide to engage Westgarth Studio for further architectural services.
* This service may be subject to a waiting list during busy periods.
